Leaderboard Accounts are all high-level accounts, that have been playing for many hours, with great behavior scores and skill combined.
Top of the top, Leaderboard Accounts (Numbered Immortal Medal) are for the best of the best players in Dota 2. In this bracket, everyone is extremely skilled and your Dota 2 game will be immersively intense.

VAC Ban Accounts are the type of accounts which got VAC Ban from other games (CS:GO, FF14...) except Dota 2. So you still can play Dota 2 normally.
