Superity PTE. LTD. a limited company, founded in Singapore, ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website (the "Service").
These Terms and Conditions set forth the main terms and conditions applying to and governing the usage of the Service. In order to provide any services via using the Superity PTE. LTD. platform you must agree to the terms and conditions that are set forth below.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. If you disagree with the Terms and Conditions, you cannot use the Service. These Terms and Conditions apply to any use of the Service.

1. Definitions

1.1. Superity PTE. LTD. (also referred to as "we", "our" or "us") - a limited company incorporated and registered under the laws of Singapore.
1.2. VikingDOTA Services - services that Superity PTE. LTD. provides, including provision and maintenance of the website, customer support, communication, and other similar services.
1.3. VikingDOTA - a website offering Dota 2 Accounts, Services, Skins, Items & physical goods.
1.4. Customer (also referred to as "you" or "your") - a person requesting assistance in a video game by using the VikingDOTA.
1.5. Digital Service - any non-physical service we provide to the Customer on VikingDOTA.

2. Using VikingDOTA Services

VikingDOTA provides the following services:
2.1. Dota 2 Account: We offer Dota 2 accounts for sale. These accounts are for personal use only and may not be resold.
2.2. Dota 2 Services: We offer Dota 2 boosting services, where our team of experienced players will improve your Dota 2 rank.
2.3. Coaching Services: We provide coaching services to help you improve your Dota 2 gameplay.
2.4. Dota 2 Skins Market: We offer a marketplace for Dota 2 in-game skins. Transactions are subject to our Skin Marketplace Terms and Conditions.
2.5. Dota 2 Merchandise: We sell Dota 2 merchandise, including apparel and accessories.
VikingDOTA may send you promotional codes on a per-promotion basis. Promotional code credit can be applied towards payment on completion of a Digital Service or other features or benefits related to the service and/or a Third Party’s service and are subject to any additional terms that are established on a per promotional code basis. Expiration dates of promo codes will be reflected in VikingDOTA once you have applied the promo code to your account.
VikingDOTA reserves the right to cancel any promotional code at any time for any reason. This includes but is not limited to if VikingDOTA deems that codes are being used in an unlawful or fraudulent manner, those issued mistakenly, and those that have expired.

3. Payments

3.1. You can pay for our services with a card or other payment methods as and when available through VikingDOTA.
3.2. Payments for services and products offered on VikingDOTA are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
3.3. When making payments via VikingDOTA, we may ask for additional data from you to verify the payment method.
3.5. VikingDOTA will be responsible for the functioning of our website payment methods and provide support in resolving problems. The resolution of disputes related to VikingDOTA also takes place through us. For payment support services please contact: [email protected]. Inquiries submitted by e-mail or VikingDOTA will receive a response within ten business days. VikingDOTA will resolve payment-related complaints and applications within 20 business days.

4. Ordering and Cancelling

4.1 Placing an order

  • To place an order on VikingDOTA, you must be a registered user and follow the instructions provided on the website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding contract with VikingDOTA.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including payment information, contact details, and any other required information.
  • VikingDOTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.2. Pricing and Payment

  • All product and service prices are listed in the currency specified on the website. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
  • Payment for orders is processed securely through trusted payment providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your order.

4.3. Order Confirmation

  • Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include details of your order, including the products or services ordered, pricing, and estimated delivery or completion times.

4.4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation by User: You may cancel your order before it is processed by contacting our customer support team. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation by VikingDOTA: VikingDOTA reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to unavailability of products or services, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued if applicable.

4.5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of VikingDOTA’s products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore we DO NOT offer a refund after the purchase is made. If your order has not started you are eligible for a partial refund (60%) or store credit for the amount paid to us.
  • Once the service has started, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If service is not completed by you have the right to receive store credit fitting what is missing from your service.

4.6. Delivery and Completion

  • The delivery or completion times for products and services purchased on VikingDOTA will be specified in the order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet these times, they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You agree that partial delivery or completion of an order may occur if the products or services are available in parts. In such cases, you will be notified.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. VikingDOTA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners (collectively referred to as "VikingDOTA"), shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly, even if VikingDOTA has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from:
5.1.1. any direct or indirect property damage or monetary loss;
5.1.2. loss of profit;
5.1.3. loss of business, contracts, contacts, goodwill, reputation, and any loss that may arise from interruption of the business;
5.1.4. loss or inaccuracy of data; and
5.1.5. any other type of loss or damage.
5.2.'s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Termination reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts and access to the Website for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

7.1. If any substantial amendments are made to the Terms and Conditions, then you will be notified by e-mail or VikingDOTA notifications. If you continue using VikingDOTA, you will be deemed to accept the amendments.

8. Final Provisions

The Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore. If the respective dispute resulting from the Terms or Agreement cannot be settled by the negotiations, then the dispute will be finally solved in a court of general jurisdiction of Singapore. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the parties shall substitute for the affected provision an enforceable provision that approximates the intent and economic effect of the affected provision.
