"Warranty" is hereby defined as a product purchased attached to an account purchase.
Every account purchased on VikingDota.com is covered by a "standard warranty".
The standard warranty protects you from an account recalled by the original owner or a ban because of our company. In the event of your account becoming unplayable, we will offer store credit which can be used towards any product on our website or the exchange/refund (depending on your warranty package).
Our standard warranty only covers recalls by the original owner and bans that are our fault. Third-party programs, in-game behavior, account sharing, or any other form of negligence are not covered. Also, this warranty does not transfer to any other parties and any attempt to sell or trade your account will void our warranty.

In addition, we are offering 2 paid warranty packages: Silver Care & Gold Care. We have a very clear policy for return/refund after purchase. It depends on the warranty pack that you buy along with the account. Check it out below.
Warranty does not cover bans, mutes, punishments, lost wealth on accounts, stat damage, champions loss, points loss, gold loss, item loss, name losses, vac-bans and more. Warranty solely applies to the purchase value of the account, it does NOT insure any other damages to your account in any form.
In case the account is totally untouched (not played any games, no wallets/funds/games added), depend on the warranty pack, you can return the account for an 1:1 exchange or full refund.
But remember after a certain amount of time, we can only be able to issue a partly refund on the totally untouched account.
For any other issue that not covered in warranty terms, VikingDota will work with the customer to find the best solution. VikingDota will be the one who have the final decision on it.
